A committee meeting
April 23 & 24, 2012 BLM meets with Advisory Committee at the Grand Sierra Resort (GSR) in Reno, NV. The topic – Wild Horse and Burro Program. Many items of concern for the American Mustang were discussed. The bottom line seems to be the BLM is hell-bent on removing horses from the range. This bronze statue of the mustangs in front of GSR may be the only thing we have left in remembrance of the proud animal we call our heritage of the American West.
